✔ Normal wear and tear.
✔ Acts of nature or other external forces.
✔ Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties. If there is an issue, contact us first.
How to Make a Claim:
In the unlikely event that you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact Prosper Construction within 30 days of discovering the defect. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective workmanship.
Terms and Conditions:
✔ This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original homeowner.
✔ Prosper Construction reserves the right to inspect and verify the reported defect before authorizing any repairs or replacements.
